Louise Sury primarily practices in international criminal law and the handling of transnational disputes.

Within Vey & Associés, she works as a specialist on cases involving a connection with the African continent, assisting private and institutional clients in complex, high-stakes proceedings.

Before joining the firm, Louise developed solid experience within the International Department of the Office of the Prosecutor General at the Paris Court of Appeal, where she was trained in mechanisms of international judicial cooperation such as extradition proceedings, European Arrest Warrants, and mutual legal assistance.

She completed her final internship at a leading law firm, working in international criminal law (extraditions, European Arrest Warrants, Interpol), general criminal law, white-collar crime, and international sanctions.

Louise holds a dual degree: a Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Law from the University of Bordeaux and an LL.M. in Transatlantic Relations Law from Université Laval (Quebec).

She works in French and English.
