Lawyer

A member of the Paris Bar, Emilien Roubaud trained with renowned lawyers in Paris and Marseille. His career has also led him to work alongside police officers, private detectives and magistrates, notably at the Paris Court of Appeal and the French National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF), giving him a practical and cross-disciplinary view of criminal justice.

He practises mainly in general criminal law, with particular expertise in sexual offences and disputes relating to freedom of expression. With dual training in general criminal law and business criminal law (Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix-en-Provence, Institut Portalis, Institute of Criminal Science and Criminology), he offers his clients a technical, strategic and human approach.

A former volunteer firefighter, he has a particular sensitivity to victims, which has led him to put his theoretical and practical knowledge at the service of a victim support association. Keen to pass on his expertise, he also prepares law students for the bar exam.

Bilingual in French and English, Emilien Roubaud is also a competitive tennis player, having spent many years as a water polo striker.
