Admitted to the Paris Bar, Jan-Baudouin’s practice focuses on white-collar crime, compliance and business litigation. He joined Vey & Associés after several years’ experience with leading business and criminal law firms.
He has acquired a significant experience in handling systemic white-collar crime cases, enabling him to advise in particular executives, shareholders or operational staff on criminal defense and internal investigations aspects, as well as on remediation measures (executive liability litigation, contractual litigation, amendment of compliance programs, etc.), while integrating reputational and governance issues.
He also advises companies and large organizations on compliance issues (Sapin 2 law, duty of care, etc.) and international economic sanctions.
Jan-Baudouin graduated from Sciences Po Paris (Master in finance and strategy), the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin Law School (Master in private law), as well as from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LL.M., Master of Laws). He works in French and English.
In his spare time, Jan-Baudouin enjoys squash and motorcycling.
He is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (ADAP) and the Association of Certified Sanctions Specialists (ACSS).
