Vey & Associés

A member of the Luxembourg Bar, Joris joined Vey & Associés after several years of practice with leading law firms.

He advises and represents clients in matters of international criminal law and business criminal law. He also leads the firm’s desk in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Joris has developed particular expertise in litigation relating to the duty of vigilance and environmental liability, topics on which he publishes regularly in specialized legal journals. He is a member of the scientific committee of the Revue pénale luxembourgeoise.

Graduating top of his class from the Master’s degree (Master 2) in International and Business Criminal Law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Joris subsequently carried out various teaching assignments in France and abroad.

He is a member of the Business and Human Rights Lawyers Association (BHRLA).
