Richard Koplewicz is a criminal lawyer. With almost 30 years’ experience, he handles complex and sensitive cases, both defending and advising companies, executives and private individuals.
Recognised for his expertise in criminal business law (corruption, tax fraud, money laundering, fraud, criminal employment law, cybercrime, etc.), he regularly assists companies and their directors before all courts, including in high-profile cases, as well as before the independent administrative authorities (AMF).
Richard Koplewicz also advises on general criminal law, press law and civil liberties, as well as international criminal law (extradition, mutual legal assistance).
A graduate of Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise de Droit privé, mention Carrière Judiciaire), he began his career with Thierry Herzog before going into private practice, before joining international law firms specialising in restructuring and criminal law. He is a member of the Association des criminal lawyer.
