Thibault Ginoux is a qualified lawyer, member of the Paris Bar. His practice is mainly dedicated to criminal law, white collar crime and business litigation.
He regularly assists French and foreign clients before the criminal, civil and commercial courts.
Recently, Thibault Ginoux has been involved in international cases relating to the financing of terrorism, drug dealing and organised crime. He also defended a group of restaurant owners against their insurance companies in the context of the sanitary crisis.
Trained with Pierre Haïk and Jacqueline Laffont and at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Thibault Ginoux joined the firm in 2020 after working in a firm specialised in commercial litigation alongside former Prime Minister, Bernard Cazeneuve.
He graduated at the City law School in London.
