Member of the Paris Bar and called to the Bar of England and Wales (Inner Temple), Thibault Ginoux joined the firm in 2020 after working in a business and regulatory law firm alongside former Prime Minister Bernard Cazeneuve.
He trained in litigation and white-collar crime at leading Parisian sets, including Haïk & Associés, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Assous Avocats.
His practice focuses on white-collar crime, often involving cross-border dimensions especially with common law countries, alongside civil and commercial litigation.
He has extensive experience as an advocate in all courts from Courts of Appeal, cours d’assises, criminal courts and civil, commercial and administrative Tribunals.
In 2023, he was awarded a Pegasus Scholarship and took part in the exchange between the Paris Bar and the Bar of England and Wales, marshalling with judges at the Royal Courts of Justice and shadowing Barristers at 4 New Square Chambers.
He has competed in moots in both England and France.
He has been educated at La Sorbonne University (Paris 1) and is a graduate of City St George’s, University of London where he obtained the Graduate Diploma in Law and an LLM in International Commercial Law.
He is fluent in French and English, with a basic knowledge of German.
