Alexandre Ricat’s main areas of practice are corporate criminal law, stock market litigation, corporate litigation and compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, he began his career practising corporate law (mergers and acquisitions) with the law firms Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Bredin Prat, before joining the legal department of the investment bank Rothschild & Cie.

Just over ten years’ experience has enabled him to acquire solid expertise in a wide range of financial transactions and in stock market regulation, company law, capital markets and governance, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the related technical and financial issues.

Having lived in the UK for several years, Alexandre works in French and English.

He holds a professional Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, an LLB in English Law from the University of King’s College London and a Master in French and English Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
