Vey & Associés

Partner

Before joining Vey & Associés, Roman began his career in Paris at a leading criminal law firm, where he gained substantial experience before the French criminal and correctional courts. He subsequently joined the litigation, arbitration, and white-collar crime department of a major French law firm, working on complex and strategic matters.

A graduate of the “Economic Law” Master’s program at Sciences Po, Roman Pinösch is admitted to the Paris Bar and to the Geneva Bar (EU/EFTA list). His Franco-Swiss background and cross-border practice are major assets for the Geneva office, which sits at the heart of international matters.

Today, he divides his time between Geneva and Paris and focuses his practice on representing states, companies, executives, and private individuals in international disputes. His arrival in Geneva significantly strengthens the firm’s capabilities in complex litigation, white-collar criminal law, and the handling of sensitive matters.

Drawing on his experience before numerous courts and regulatory authorities, he also advises clients on broader strategic issues, including corporate governance, the design and implementation of compliance programs, the supervision of internal investigations, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
