Clara Schmitt practices in business criminal law.

Before joining the firm, Clara trained at leading law firms as well as at the Office of the Prosecutor General before the Paris Court of Appeal.

She advises and represents companies, senior executives, and public figures in complex criminal proceedings, particularly those involving economic and financial crime. She assists clients at every stage of the proceedings, with a particular focus on strategic and reputational considerations.

Clara holds a Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
